Gretchen Lawson: We can easily get into the practice of thinking about our futures and thinking about our futures in ways that are not helpful. It is really good to think about today, and to think about tomorrow, and to recognize what we are doing in that time and space matters. It matters to the people we're in relationship with. It matters to our coworkers. It matters. So, when we realize we're thinking about the future and that is causing us to feel overwhelmed, come back to the present. Think about the relationships you're in now, the people that you're affecting now.
